THE EDIBLE LAB COOKING CLUB WITH MS. VESNA Let’s teach our kids how to cook a Real Meal!
In this 8-week long club, kids will learn how to cook real food from fresh, locally grown organic produce and ethically and sustainably caught fish, certified organic chicken, pasture raised fowl and game meats, and grass-fed organic beef.
In each class children will be learning about different types of food and easy ways to prepare a delicious homemade meal. Reading recipes, handwashing / kitchen safety, measuring dry and liquid ingredients, knife skills and recipe modifications will be incorporated into each lesson by creating a full dinner.
At the end of each class, students will pack and take home what they have prepared along with the recipe and new skills to practice at home in your kitchen.
