Growing Sunflower and Pea Microgreens

The days are getting longer and brighter and my gardening palms are itching to get some veggies growing.  At this time of year, I like to start some of my long germinating plants like herbs, onions, leeks, celery, tomatoes and sweet peppers.  But for an instant bounty of fresh cut edibles, I plant sunflower and pea seeds to grow microgreens.  These delicious little sprouts are a powerhouse of nutrition.  So easy to grow, even my 7 year can grow them in 7 days.  Check out the video below to learn more about how to start growing inside, right now.
